An elasticated section at each end tightens the cover and reduces the chance of it catching in the wind.
A Velcro fastening in the middle keeps the cover on the bike.
The shape of the cover makes it quick and easy to put on even if your bike has a basket, mudguards and/or a pannier rack. The only accessory not compatible with this cover is a child seat, which should be removed before putting the cover on.
