A clear pocket at the back of the bag can be used to hold your phone and use the GPS. You can see your route without worrying about dropping your phone.

Will others be able to see me?

The reflective strip was designed to make you visible to others on the road. There is also a place to attach a BTwin CL 100 or 500 light for even greater visibility

Is this bag waterproof?

This bag is made from coated polyester. It can withstand light rain, but is not completely waterproof.
